牛血清LDH同工酶与mtDNA多态的比较研究

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON LDH ISOZYME AND MOTOCHONDIAL DNA POLYMORPHISM IN BOS

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘电泳 ,测定牛血清LDH同工酶酶活性 ,并与牛mtDNA多态资料作比较分析 ,探讨牛属(Bos)几种牛血清LDH同工酶活性 (核基因组表达的蛋白质多态 )与mtDNA多态 (核外基因组 )的关系。结果表明 :荷兰黑白花奶牛、成都黑白花奶牛、西门塔尔牛LDH同工酶谱极为相似 ,提示三者亲缘关系极近 ,四川黄牛、麦洼牦牛与它们相比则相对较远。该结果与它们的分类地位相符。结合mtDNA多态分析 。

LDH (lactate dehydrogenase) isozyme activity was determined with PAGE and was compared with the available data of mtDNA polymorphism in Bos. The zymograms of Holstein cow, Chengdu Black-white cow and Simmental were very similar, suggesting that they are closely related to each other. Sichuan cattle and Maiwa yak seemed relatively distant from them. Such results are in conformity with their positions in taxonomy. The origin of the Chengdu Black-white cow is discussed based on the LDH isozyme study and the data of mtDNA.
