摘要
蚕豆具有一定的渗透调节能力。蚕豆叶片中作为细胞内渗透调节物质的游离脯氨酸、K+、可溶性总糖等细胞内溶质含量在干旱胁迫下都有明显增加。这些指标均与土壤含水量呈负相关。但是 ,渗透调节作用有一定的局限性 ,在中度和严重干旱胁迫下 ,蚕豆的蒸腾速率明显下降 ,气孔扩散阻力大大增加 ,最终表现为植株生物量的明显降低。
In this study Vicia faba showed certain extent of osmoregulating ability. Under water stress, contents of osmotic regulators in the leaves such as free proline, K + and soluble sugars increased significantly and the osmotic potential of the cells decreased. These indices showed a significant negative correlation with soil water content. On the other hand, under medium or high water stress, transpiration rate decreased significantly and stoma diffusion resistance increased, resulting in significant decrease in plant biomass production.
