摘要
UV -B辐照花生可产生多种生物学效应 ,包括植株叶片数和生物学产量显著降低 ,光合组织受到抑制甚至破坏 ,叶片褐变 ,细胞死亡 ,开花和果针形成量与根际微生物数量减少 ,这种变化随着照射剂量增加呈现显著加剧的趋势。紫外线对花生叶片有极强的破坏作用 ,辐照强度 3 0W/m2 ,2 0min/d即可导致叶片数目显著减少。UV -B辐照处理后 ,功能叶细胞出现质壁分离和原生质割裂及细胞融合等现象。
The results of the experiment reported in the paper indicated that UV-B irradiation of peanut significantly reduced leaf number of the plant and its biomass production, inhibited or even destroyed its photosynthetic organs, induced leaf browning, killed its cells and decreased the formation of flowers and pegs and the number of microorganisms in the rhizosphere. Such effects increased with irradiation dosage. UV-B irradiation at 30 W/m 2 and 20 min/d resulted in marked decrease in leaf number. Separation of plasmalemma from the cell wall and cell fusion were observed after UV-B irradiation.
