摘要
在室内测定了甲磺隆对 2 2个旱作品种种苗根长的抑制作用 ,结果表明 :甲磺隆对红圆叶苋菜的抑制作用最为明显 ,当甲磺隆浓度为 0 .1 0 49μg/kg时 ,抑制率高达2 9.2 % ;而豇豆最为耐药 ,当甲磺隆浓度为 40 0 μg/kg时 ,抑制率只有 54 .4%。甲磺隆在一定浓度范围内 ,随着浓度的增大 ,对旱作种苗根长的抑制作用逐步加大 ,浓度对数与抑制率之间呈不对称的S型曲线关系。
The inhibiting effects of Methsulfuron-methyl on the root length of 22 upland crop varieties were determined in the laboratory, the results indicated that the inhibiting effect of Methsulfuron-methyl on red round-leaf amaranth was the most evident, and the inhibiting rate was 29.2% when the concentration of Methsulfuron-methyl in soil was 0.1049μg/kg, whereas cowpea was the most resistant to this herbicide, the inhibiting rate was only 54.4% when the concentration was 400μg/kg. Within a certain scope of concentration, the inhibiting effect increased as the concentration increased, there was asymmetric S-curve relation between the logarithm of concentration and the inhibiting rate.
