本项目通过在安泽县的研究和推广 ,创立和完善了黄土高原代料栽培香菇的新技术模式 ,探讨了在我省乃至黄土高原发展香菇产业的新路子 ,摸索出食用菌技术推广的一系列技术和管理的有效措施 ,促进了科技成果的转化 。

By the study and popularization of substitute cultivation technology of lentinus edodus in loess plateau in Anze county, a new technique modern was founded and perfected, a new approach of developing lentinus edodus in Shanxi province even in loess plateau was discussed, a series of effective measures of technology and management of edible fungi technology popularizing was found out, transformation of achievement in scientific research was promoted, and the biggest base of producing lentinus edodus in Shanxi province was built.
