摘要
研究了云南松 2个试验点和 2个优良林分的 3 1个种源木材乙醚提取物即松脂含量的变异。 2 8个 12年生种源值的方差分析得出 ,种源内单株间F =3 7118>F0 0 5=3 1682 ;种源间F =2 0 0 5 7>F0 0 5=1 693 0 ,表明云南松木材的乙醚提取物在种源间和单株间差异都显著 ;其广义遗传力为 0 4 5 3 ;石屏 2个天然优良林分中优树的林分差异水平为α=0 1,单株间差异不显著、广义遗传力为 0 72 7,有利于良种选育。t检验结果 ,云南永平、昆明两试验林 6个同种源的木材乙醚提取物有 5个种源差异不显著 ,1个显著。相关检验结果 :同试验点 2 8个云南松种源单株木材的乙醚提取物与主干轴向树脂道面积比、树高、种源原产地经度和海拔高度的相关关系分别为 :0 4 3 93 、 - 0 2 2 2 8 、 0 3 3 0 6 、 - 0 2 785 。云南松木材的松脂含量主要决定于遗传因素 ,但又受生长地理位置变异的影响。
The content variation of ether extract,pine gum in timber of Yunnan pine (Pinus yunnanensis) in two experimental sites (Yongping county and Kunming city) and 2 superior stands in Shiping county was studied. The variance analysis of 28 provenances of 12 years old showed that the F value between plants within one provenance was 3 711 8>F 0 05 =3 168 2,F value between provenances was 2 005 7>F 0 05 =1 693 0.The differences of ether extract between provenances and between plants were all significant,the broad heritability was 0 453.The difference level of the two superior stands in Shiping county was α=0 1,the difference in between plants was not significant,the broad heritability was 0 727,the superior stands in Shiping county was good for elite breed selection.The results of t test showed that out of 6 provenances,the difference within provenance of only one provenance was significant.The results of correlation test showed the correlation coefficient between ether extract of timber and main stem axial resin canal area,tree height,longitude of provenance and elevation were 0 439 3 ** ,-0 222 8 *,0 330 6 ** and -0 278 5 * respectively.The resin content in timber of Yunnan pine was mainly controled by hereditary substance,and also affected by the geographic variation of grow place.
