两极光温敏感型小麦雄性不育系337S的选育 被引量:20

摘要 地理远缘的普通小麦CIM 89- 1- 11和“84 0 3”杂交后分离出不育株 ,以此为基础育成了既对短日低温敏感 ,又对长日高温敏感的两极光温敏感型雄性不育系 3 3 7S。该不育系不育株率 10 0 % ,在短日低温或长日高温条件下 ,不育度达到或接近 10 0 % ;异交结实率及杂种结实率均可达 85 %以上 ;杂种优势强 ,综合性状好 。 The 'double pole photo-thermo-sensitive type' male sterile line 337S of wheat,which was sensitive not only to short day length and low temperature,but also to long day length and high temperature is selected from the male sterile plants separated from hybrids They are descendants of the cross CIM89-1-11/8403,the parents are common wheat from geographical long distance The rate of male sterile plants in this line was 100%.Under the condition of short day length and low temperature or long day length and high temperature,the sterility degree may reach or approach 100%.The seed set rate of the male sterile line by cross-pollination and its hybrids may both excced 85% Generally, the hybrids have strong heterosis and fine comprehensive traits,and may have good vista in utilization
