摘要
综述了河南林业生态环境建设的成就 ,分析了存在的问题 ,提出了 2 1世纪林业生态环境建设的目标、任务、布局。
Based on the analysis of achievements and existing problems of forestry ecological environment construction in Henan,the goal,task,distribution,focal point and guarantee measures are put forward of onstruction of Henan forestry ecological environment in 21st century.
