摘要
以矮生一品红苞片为外植体进行再生组织培养 ,结果表明 ,愈伤组织诱导率和分化率受培养基中激素种类及浓度影响较大 ,高浓度的生长素与低浓度的细胞分裂素组合有利于诱导产生愈伤组织 适宜组合为MS +2 4-D 1~ 2mg·L-1+NAA 0 1mg·L-1+6 -BA 0 5mg·L-1 低浓度的生长素与高浓度的细胞分裂素组合有利于不定芽的分化 ,其最适培养基配方为MS +NAA 0 5mg·L-1+6 -BA 2
The bract of dwarf Euphorbia pulchrrima was used asexplant to conduct regenerating tissue cultare.the callus induction rate and differentiation were greatly influenced by the kinds of hormones and concentra tion in the culture medium the combination of highel concentration of growth hormone and lower concentration of cell division hormone is good for the induction of callas regeneration;The optimum medium combination for callus induction contained Murashige & Skoog basal medium supplemented with 2.4-D 1~2 mg.L -1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L -1 +6-BA 0.5 mg·L -1 and contained Murashige & Skoog basal medium supplemented with NAA 0.5 mgL -1 ;While lower concentration of growth hormone and higher concentra fion of cell divrision hormone are good for the differentiation of adventitious shoots,the optimum medium combinatfion is MS+NAA 0.5 mg·L -1 +6-BA 2.0 mg·L -1
