摘要
从霉变板栗样品中分离出 10种真菌 ,根据其菌落特征及繁殖方式 ,进行了初步分离和致病性测定 .结果表明 ,青霉菌、曲霉菌、毛霉菌、炭疽菌和疫霉菌的致病力都在 80 %以上 ,混合菌感染为 10 0 % .
Ten kinds of pathogenic fungi were isolated from samples of rotted chestnut,they were identified by their respective properties and reproductive modes,and their pathogenic power was tested.The results showed that the pathogenic powers of Penicillium,Aspergillus,Mucor mucedo,Colletotrium sp and Phytophthora parasitica were all above 80%,and the pathogenic power of the mixure of the ten kinds of pathogenic fungi was above 100%.
