摘要
采用 6种培养基对采自广西大学林学院内的无核黄皮和有核黄皮花粉进行萌发研究。结果表明 :不同品种 ( B)、不同培养基 ( A)、A× B对花粉萌发率的影响均达到极显著水平 ,无核黄皮和有核黄皮均以0 .75 %琼脂 +1 0 %蔗糖 +0 .0 0 1 %硼酸培养基的培养效果最好 ,其花粉萌发率分别为 3.0 7%、 84 .1 3%。不同品种花粉管长度的差异也达到极显著水平 ,有核黄皮花粉管平均长度为无核黄皮的 2 .2倍。不同品种。
Six kinds culture medium were used in the studies on the pollen germination rate (PGR), the pollen tube length (PTL) and the pollen tube diameter (PTD) that were listed in the paper The pollens were gathered from Clausena lansium and nonseed Clausena lansium in Forestry College of Guangxi University.The results showed that:the influences of different breeds(B),culture medium(A) and their interaction(A×B) on PGR were all at the extreme significantly level The culture medium which contained 0 75% agar,10%sucrose,0 001%boric acid and distilled water is best to the pollen germination of Clausena lansium and nonseed Clausena lansium .The pollen germination rate of Clausena lansium and nonseed Clausena lansium was 84 13% and 3 07%, respectively Effect of different breeds on PTL was at the level of extreme significance as well. Clausena lansium pollen tube average length in comparison with that of nonseed Clausena lansium was 2 2 times.Effect of various breeds and culture medium on PTD was not significant.
