摘要
采取转相萃取法,脱去头孢哌酮钠中的钠,使其分子量降低,通过对样品的处理,使高分子化合物转变为适合GC/MS检测范围的低分子化合物,同样可以达到LC/MS检测的效果,适合基层实验室使用。
As the molecular weight of cefobid is more than 650,It can't be dissovled by organic solvent,In order to use GC /MS method,mass of cefobid molecular was reduced first by desodi uming with phase inversion extraction,then analyed by GC /MS,The results are sam e with that of LC /MS method.
