目的 :探讨路脱菲与精神药物合并治疗海洛因戒断症状的疗效。 方法 :分析海洛因依赖戒断者路脱菲配合精神药物治疗 (路脱菲组 )及海洛因依赖戒断后仅用精神药物治疗 (精神药物组 )的疗效。 结果 :路脱菲组比精神药物组疗效好。 结论 :戒断期的 1～

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of combination lofexidine with psychotropic drugs in the treatment of withdrawal symptoms in heroin dependence. Method:30 patients with heroin dependence were divided into group A(with lofexidine and psychotropic drugs) and group B(with psychotropic drugs). Results:The efficacy in group A was better than that in group B. Conclusion:It is necessary to use lofexidine in the first three days of withdrawal period in heroin dependence.
