目的探讨自动冲洗机的质量控制方法及其动态变化。材料与方法利用北京地区10家医院使用的由Kodak、Agfa、Konic公司生产的5种自动冲洗机 ,在改变质控管理参数、显影温度或每日监测时间和频率时 ,探讨其对照片质量的影响 ,同时探讨和建立质控光楔片的获取程序、冲洗机质控标准的程序、管理用片的衔接程序以及冲洗机日常质量管理程序。结果笔者通过以上方法 ,可以得到单项与多项管理参数图、冲洗机的对比度响应曲线、监测时间和频率的冲洗机动态曲线、测试点描绘与冲洗质量动态曲线、规范的冲洗机质量管理图和管理用片衔接程序。结论自动冲洗机的质量控制需要一整套严格的控制程序 ,要遵循相关标准执行 ,并在实践中检验和修正。

Objective To study quality control methods of automatic processor and its dynamic changes. Methods Using 5 types of automatic processors manufactured by Kodak, Agfa or Konic company installed in 10 hospitals in Beijing area, the effect of quality control management parameters, development temperature, test time and frequency every day, radiograph quality are studied. And QC strip, QC standard, linking program of management of radiographs, quality management program of the processor are studied and established. Results By the methods presented above, we can obtain single and multiple management parameters chats, contrast response curve of the processor, dynamic curves of test time and test frequency, test point trace and quality dynamic curves, regular quality management chat and linking program. Conclusion An integrated control program for quality control of automatic processor is required, that is obeyed the relative standard, and may be corrected in practice.
