摘要 目的 :探讨桂皮酸对NB4 细胞增殖和诱导分化作用。方法 :通过细胞形态学及银染技术对对照组和桂皮酸诱导组癌细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNORs)的数目及形态进行观察。结果 :1mmol/L和3mmol/L桂皮酸诱导NB4 分化成熟 ,同时发现平均每个细胞AgNORs颗粒数由13.6±4.07降至5.68±0.80和3.07±0.43(P<0.001) ,结论 :在桂皮酸作用下 ,NB4 细胞向成熟方向发生一定分化 。 Objective:To investigate the induction and antiproliferation effects of cinnamic acid on NB 4 cells subˉline.Methods:The means of the argyrophil technigne was usee to observe the morphogical features of NB 4 cells,the number and morphology of AgNORs particles of nucleolar organizer regein in NB 4 cells from control group and experience group.Results:We found that the NB 4 cells were induced towards normal cells by comnamic acid at1mmol/L or3mmol/L meanwhile,the number of AgNORs particles of nucleolar organizer regein in NB 4 cells from experience group was lower than those in control group(5.68±0.80or3.07±0.43vs13.6±4.07,P<0.001).Conclusion:The cinnamic acid can induce NB 4 cells to differentiˉate towards nomal cells.The argyrophil technique may play an important role in differentiation researches.
