天眩清与盐酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的临床对照研究

目的 :观察天眩清 (天麻素注射液 )治疗眩晕症的疗效。方法 :通过与传统治疗眩晕的药物盐酸倍他司汀的对照研究 ,在治疗前后统一标准 ,进行临床疗效的评价。结果 :天眩清改善眩晕、平衡障碍疗效与盐酸倍他司汀相当 ,改善头痛及其他植物神经功能紊乱的症状优于盐酸倍他司汀。结论 :天眩清治疗眩晕症安全可信 ,疗效明显 ,是治疗眩晕较理想的药物。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the gastrodi n in vertigo.Methods:To compare with the traditional drug for vertigo-the betahist ine hydrochloride ,evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy with the unified s tandard.Results:The efficacy of treatment by the gastrodin is as well as the betahistine hydrochloride in vertigo and balance impairment,and better than beta histine hydrochloride in amelioraty the symptom of headache and other vegetati ve nerve function disturbance.Conclusion:The gastrodin is a safe,effective drug for vertigo.
