咪唑斯汀是一个具有双重作用的第二代新型抗组胺药物 ,其特点是不仅具有较强的抗组胺作用 ,而且还有明显的抗炎作用 ;对中枢神经系统与心脏的不良反应较少 ,较少经CYP3A4代谢 ;作用迅速、持久 ,适用于变态反应性鼻炎和荨麻疹的治疗。

Mizolastine is one of the second-generation antih is tamines indicated for seasonal allergic rhinitis and idiopathic urticaria,with p otent antihistamine activity and certain anti-inflammatory properties. It is h ardly metabolized by CYP3A4 with mild adverse effects on cardiovascular system a nd central nervous system.
