摘要
目的 研究宫颈癌组织及相应癌旁组织中的端粒酶活性 ,以探讨其作为宫颈癌肿瘤标志物的可能性。方法 采用TRAP法检测 2 0例宫颈癌及相应癌旁组织中的端粒酶活性。结果 2 0例宫颈癌组织中端粒酶的阳性表达率为 80 % ( 16/2 0 ) ,而相应癌旁组织的端粒酶阳性表达率为 15 % ( 3 /2 0 ) ,两者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 端粒酶是特异性较强的恶性肿瘤基因标志 ,有可能成为宫颈癌早期诊断和治疗的理想标志物。
Objective To investigate the telomerase activity in cervical cancer and tumor-adjacent tissues, probe the possibility of telomerase as cervical cancer biological marker.Methods Telomerase activity was detected in 20 cervical cancer and tumor-adjacent tissues with the telomeric repeat amplification protocal(TRAP).Results The positive rate of telomerase activity in 20 cervical cancer was 80% (16/20), however, the positive rate in 20 tumor-adjacent tissues was 15%(3/20), difference was significant, P<0.01.Conclusions Telomerase is a tumor specific gene marker, and may play an important role in early diagnosis and therapy in cervical cancer.
