科技创新体制是建立现代企业制度的重要内容和企业在市场中处于竞争优势的关键所在。着重研究并提供建立企业科技创新体制的管理系统和运行机制 ,以及建立决策管理两个层次、四个系统、七种运行机制的操作模块。
Science innovation is the important context of modern en te rprise system and the key for enterprise to keep the competent superiority in ma rkets. This article studies managing system and running mechanism of enterprise to construct science innovative system, also it puts forward the conductive mode ls including two levels, four systems, and seven running mechanisms of building decisive management.
