摘要
高炉总降所的四台主变压器 ,采用“南自”生产的晶体管分立元件保护装置 ,近年来由于腐蚀、爬电现象严重 ,故障较为频率 ,在实际工作中 ,采取了一系列防范措施 ,总结出了一套行之有效的诊断经验 ,特别是对谐波制动回路诊断 ,针对分板插件互锁不起作用而导致误动 ,进行了理论分析和工艺改进。确保了高炉总降所正常供电 ,安全运行。
In the General Voltage Dropping Station of the Blast Fur na ces 4 main transformers have been equipped with the transistor protection device s manufactured by 'Nanzi'. In the recent years troubles occur very frequently in those equipments due to serious current leakage and corrosion. In the practi cal operation a series protective measures have already been taken and a complet e set of effective diagostic experience, particularly that for diagnosis on the harmonic control have been summed up. In light of the failure of interlocking in the insertion pieces of the subpanel,theoretical analysis and process improv ement have been made and as the results normal power supply and operating safety can be ensured in the General Voltage Dropping Station of the Blast Furnaces.
