经络全息联合疗法治疗银屑病36例疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of 36 Cases of Psoriasis Treated with Meridian Holographic Combined Therapy

目的 :评价经络全息联合疗法与复方青黛丸治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法 :采用随机对照方法。A组 (经络全息联合疗法组 ) 36例 ,采用穴位埋线、耳部割治压穴 ,每 10天 1次 ;神阙敷药 ,每 3天 1次。B组 (复方青黛丸组 ) 33例 ,每次 6g ,每天 3次 ,口服。结果 :经络全息联合疗法治疗后 4 ,8,12周 ,银屑病面积和严重程度指数 (PASI)总分值较治疗前分别下降 2 8% ,58% ,82 %。结论

Purpose To observe the therapeutic effecs of meridian holographic combined therapy and compound Qing dai Wan on psoriasis vulgaris MethodsGroup A(meridian holographic combined therapy,36 cases) were treated with acupoint catgut embedding and ear cutting therapy,once each 10 days,and acupoint application on Shenque(CV 8),once each 3 days.Group B(33 cases) were treated with oral administration of 6 g compound Qingdai Wan,3 times each day. Results The total scores for the area and severe extent index of psoriasis was decreased by 28%,58% and 82% at 4th,8th,12th week after meridian holographic combined therapy,and only by 18%,33%,38% after treatment of compound Qingdai Wan,respectively.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of meridian holographic combined therapy is superior to that of compound Qingdai Wan.
