交替火罐法治疗泌尿系结石、肾绞痛100例观察

Observation on 100 Cases of Calculus of Urinary System Accompanied with Renal Colic Treated by Alternate Cupping Therapy

方法 :采用交替火罐法治疗泌尿系结石并肾绞痛患者 10 0例 ,同时结合B超观察结石排出情况。结果 :10 0例中痊愈 85例 ,显效 4例 ,有效 1例 ,无效 10例 ,总有效率 90 0 %。肾绞痛症状消失 ,3个月之内未再复发者 95例。结论 :本法不仅能促使泌尿系结石排出 。

Purpose To observe therapeutic effect of cupping therapy on calculus of urinary system accompanied with renal colic.Methods Alternate cupping therapy was used for treatment of 100 cases of calculus of urinary system accompanied with renal colic and ejection of the stone was observed with B Ultroasonography.Results Of the 100 cases treated,85 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective,One effective and 10 ineffective,the total effective rate being 90 0%;and disappearance of renal colic and no relapse within 3 months were found in 95 cases.Conclusion The therapy can promote ejection of stone of the urinary system and has an obvious analgesic effect on renal colic.
