系统地记述了石学敏教授的学术思想。在中医理论上 ,弘扬针灸 ,倡导正统 ,首次对 14经脉 361个穴位的功效主治进行了系统的归纳和总结 ,完善了腧穴学的理论体系 ;阐发经旨 ,明辨病候 ,科学地对十二经脉的病候体系进行了破译和阐发 ,确立了治疗大法和针灸处方 ,发展了经络学理论。在临床上 ,倡用“醒神”、“调神”法治疗急危重症 ;推崇泻血 ,祛邪扶正 ;选穴精当 ,讲究配伍 ;以神统针 ,注重感传 ;针药合用 ,力求实效 ;坚持中西医结合 ,用夏变夷 。

Professor Shi Xuemens academic thought was introduced.In theories of TCM,he summarizes systematically efficiency and indications of 361 acupoints of the 14 channels and vessels,perfects theoretical system of acupoint science,elucidates conception of channels,differentiates symptoms and signs,scientically elucidates the system of symptoms of 12 channels,establishes therapeutic principles and prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion,develops the theory of channels;Clinically,he uses principles of “restoring consciousness”and “regulating mentality” to treat imminent and serious diseases,and has a great esteem for purging blood and strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors;Selects appropriate acupoints and pays attention to acupoint prescription,pays attention to needling sensation propagated along meridians,and combines acupuncture with medicines and insists on integrated treatment of TCM and western medicine.
