穴位注射疗法研究的现状及展望

Present Situation and Prospects of Studies on Acupoint Injection Therapy

简要回顾穴注法历程 ,对穴注法优势及作用方式作了系统分析。针对目前穴注法研究中存在的问题 ,提出 :分析穴注法针刺样作用、药物作用的主次及其交互作用的性质和大小 ;探讨腧穴间、药物间、腧穴与药物间最佳搭配组合方案 ,以提高穴注法疗效 ,大力推广穴注法 ;阐明穴注法药效反应的循经性等穴注法作用实质问题 ,是目前穴注法研究的主要任务。

Studied of acupoint injection therapy were reviewed and its advantages and action types were systematically analysed.In studies of acupoint injection therapy at present,it was put forward:to analyse acupuncture like action of acupoint injection,primary and secondary actions of drugs,and property and intensity of their interaction;to study on the best combination between acupoint,between medicines,and between acupoints and medicines for increase therapeutic effect;to elucidate essential problems of actions in acupoint injection such as drug effect along meridians in acupoint injection therapy,etc.
