健骨颗粒对去卵巢骨质疏松模鼠骨代谢的影响

Effects of JIANGU Granule on Bone Metabolism of Ovariectomized Osteoporosis Rats

通过对去卵巢骨质疏松模鼠血、尿相关骨代谢生化指标的检测 ,进一步明确健骨颗粒的药物疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制。实验结果显示 :健骨颗粒能明显减少骨质疏松模鼠骨钙及胶原蛋白的分解代谢 ,提高血液中镁、雌二醇、降钙素等含量 ,从而抑制骨吸收 ,促进骨形成 ,明显改善骨质疏松模鼠的骨代谢负平衡状况 。

To study the effects of JIANGU granule on osteoporosis and its mechanism,the blood and urine biochemical indexes relating to bone metabolism in ovariectomized osteoporosis rats were tested.The result showed that the granule could obviously decrease the bone mineral and collagen catabolism of osteoporosis rats,significantly increase concentration of Mg,estradiol(E2) and calcitonin in blood,consequently inhibit the bone resorption and accelerate the bone formation along with improve the bone metabolic balance of osteoporosis rats.It indicates JIANGU granule has the therapeutic effects on osteoporosis.\;
