激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的动物模型研究

Study on Animal Models of Hormonal Avascular Necrosis of The Femoral Head

为了探讨激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的发病机理 ,选用新西兰大白兔 ,以臀肌注射醋酸氢化泼尼松造模。 6周后成功诱导出激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的早期模型 ,并进行相关指标的检测。结果表明短期内大剂量使用激素 ,可导致股骨头缺血性坏死 ,并证实了激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的病理形态学基础。

To study the pathogenesis of hormonal avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH),the models were made by injection biocortar into gluteus of New Zealand rabbits.The early models of hormonal ANFH were successfully induced after six weeks,and then the correlated indexes were tested.The results showed that ANFH could be caused by using the large dosage of hormones during a short period,and pathomorphology foundation of hormonal ANFH was proved.\;
