针刺治疗甲亢性眼病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture for Treating Graves' Ophthalmopathy

采用针刺眼部眶区穴与手足远近穴 ,观察 5 4例 Graves’眼病患者在治疗前后的突眼度等症状的变化。结果 :针刺 组、针刺 组和对照组的突眼度平均减少 1 .1 9± 0 .77mm、1 .76± 0 .74 mm、0 .88± 0 .6 3mm,有效率分别为 78.79%、88.2 4 %和 5 8.5 2 % ;症状、体征的积分改善 ,针刺 组的疗效优于 组及对照组。结论

By acupuncturing the acupoints around eye orbital region,hands and feet,the symptoms changes such as the degree of exophthalmos in 54 cases of Graves' ophthalmopathy,were observed before and after treatment.The results showed as follows:①the degree of exophthalmos in acupuncture group Ⅰ(G1),acupuncture group Ⅱ(G2) and control group (G3)were averagely decreased 1.19±\{0.77 mm,\}1.76±0.74 mm,0.88±0.63 mm respectively,and the effective rates were 78.79%,88.24% and 58.52% respectively.②The improvement of the scores of symptoms and signs in G2 were superior to that of G1 and G3.It indicates that acupuncturing the around acupoints selection has therapeutic effects on Graves' Ophthalmopathy.\;
