血脉脂康胶囊对实验性高脂血症相关生化指标的影响

Effects of XUEMAI ZHIKANG Capsule on Correlated Biochemical Indexes of Experimental Hyperlipidemia

为探讨血脉脂康胶囊防治实验性高脂血症的机理 ,通过给新西兰大白兔灌胃胆固醇、动物脂肪以造模 ,同时应用血脉脂康胶囊 ,并设正常组、模型组和对照组 ,实验时间为 1 0周。结果显示血脉脂康胶囊可降低实验性 AS兔血 TC、TG、LDL-C、LPO、ET-1值 ,升高 HDL-C、SOD值 ,并可使 TXB2 /6 -keto-PGF1α比值趋于正常。

To study the mechanism of XUEMAI ZHIKANG capsule(XMZKC) on preventing and treating experimental hyperlipidemia,32 New Zealand rabbits were divided into normal group(G1),model group(G2),control group(G3)and observation group(G4)averagely.The rabbits of G2,G3 and G4 were modeled by taking cholesterol and animal fat into the stomach.And then the rabbits of G4 were taken XMZKC and G3 taken clofibrate suspension additionally.The experimental duration was 10 weeks.The results showed that XMZKC could reduce the blood TC?TG?LDL C?LPO?ET 1 of experimental atherosclerosis rabbits,and improve or restore the TXB\-2/6 keto PGF1 ratio.It indicates that XMZKC can efficiently interfere in the formation of experimental hyperlipidemia.\;
