氟哌啶醇对精神分裂症细胞免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨氟哌啶醇对精神分裂症细胞免疫功能的影响。 方法 :将入组病人用氟哌啶醇进行为期 12周的治疗 ,治疗前、后测定 T淋巴细胞亚群 CD3 、CD4、CD8阳性细胞数和红细胞免疫功能C3 b花环率 (RBC- C3 b)及红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC- IC)。 结果 :疗前 CD3 、CD4、CD8、RBC- IC明显低于对照组 ;疗后 CD3 、CD4、CD4/ CD8比值、RBC- C3 b明显升高 ,CD8、RBC- IC明显降低。 结论 Objective: To investigate the effects of haloperidol on cellular immunity. Method:Patients were treated with haloperidol for 12 weeks.Subgroup of T lymphocytes and immune function of RBC (RBC C 3b?RBC IC) were determined before and after the therapy. Results:Before the treatment CD 3,CD 4,CD 8 and RBC IC were lower than normal controls.CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 and RBC C 3b were obviously elevated after the therapy,CD 8 and RBC IC were obviously lower after the therapy. Conclusion:The effects of haloperidol therapy on cellular immunity in schizophrenia were obvious.
