养阴降糖片治疗糖尿病大鼠高粘滞血症的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DIABETIC RAT WITH HYPERVISCOSITY SYNDROME TREATED WITH YANGYINJIANGTANG TABLET

目的 :探讨养阴降糖片治疗糖尿病 (DM)高粘滞血症的效果及应用前景。方法 :应用四氧嘧啶DM大鼠进行实验性研究 ,比较分析处理前后血糖、胰岛素和血液粘度的变化情况。结果 :养阴降糖片确能明显降低DM大鼠血糖 ;升高胰岛素、改善全血低切粘度和红细胞聚集指数 ;降低血浆纤维蛋白原 ;HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数与全血低切粘度和红细胞聚集指数呈显著负相关 ,与血浆纤维蛋白原无关。结论 :养阴降糖片对DM和其高粘滞血症具有较好的防治作用 ,效果与达美康类似。其可能通过降低血糖、升高胰岛素。

Objective:through the observition on experimental diabetic rats treated with yangyinjiangtang tablet to investigate and evaluate its effect and application future.Methods:the rats were divided randomly into 4 groups:normal comparison groups,model comparison groups, yangyinjiangtang talbet groups and diamicron groups,rats in normal comparison groups and model comparison groups took foods and drunk water freely,rats in yangyinjiangtang tablet group were nasal gastric tube fed with suspension of tablet at dose of 4.46g/kg of body weight once a day,in diamicron groups,rats were nasal gastric tube fed with suspension of diamicron at dose of 100mg/kg of body weight once a day,compare the changes before drugs with after drugs of plasma glucose levels,serum insulin and blood agglutuinant of diabetic rats. Results: yangyinjiangtang tablet could raise serum insulin of diabetic rats and reduce the levels of plasma glucose and plasma fibrinogen,improve blood low shear viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index;HOMA insulin resistance index was the remarkably negative correlation with blood low shear viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index,but has no relationship with plasma fibrinogen obviously,Conclusion:through the observition,on experimental diabetic rats with yangyinjiangtang tablet,the level of blood agglutinant could be lowed,it indicated the yangyinjiangtang could effectively prevente and treat the diabetic hyperviscosity syndrome,the effect is similar to diamicron ,The mechanism maybe reducing plasma glucosa,increasing serum insuli and improving insulin resistance.
