摘要
目的 评价彩色多普勒显像 (CDFI)对右半结肠癌的诊断价值。方法 对手术病理证实的 2 4例右半结肠癌的彩超诊断进行回顾性分析 ,总结其声像特征。结果 声像学特征是 :“假肾征”、“靶环征”、不规则形等 ,间接发现肠梗阻、肝转移、腹腔淋巴结转移等 ;CDFI癌瘤内见丰富或较丰富血流信号 ,血流显示率为 83 .3 % ,其频普为高速血流、高阻力指数 (RI)。
Objective To investigate the value of CDFI in diagnosis of right colon cancer. Methods This paper analysed 24 cases of right colon cancer all confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed. The ultrasonography characteristics were summed up. Results The characteristics images were pseudokidney like, targetring like, irregular. Indirect signs appeard as intestinal obstruction, liver and lymph metastasis;CDFI showed multicolored abundant blood flow and blood sinuses in tumor.The blood display rate of tumor was 83.3%; Blood flow was high speed and high resistance indet. Conclusion CDFI is better imaging modality of right colon cancer preop eratively diagnosis. Offer eccificient reliance for operation area.
