摘要
目的 探讨MRI脊髓拴系腰骶角增大的主要原因。方法 经测量共发现 5 2例脊髓拴系伴腰骶角增大。结合文献复习分析导致腰骶角增大的主要因素。结果 脊髓拴系腰骶椎先天性发育异常及腰骶部皮下脂肪堆积单独或联系因素导致腰骶椎生物力学异常是脊髓拴系腰骶角增大的根本原因。结论 腰骶角增大为脊髓拴系的MRI表现之一 ,如X线平片表现腰骶角增大并有脊髓拴系的临床表现则这一征象对脊髓拴系的诊断具有重要参考价值。
Objective To evaluate the reason of increasing sacrolumbar angle of tethered spinal cord on MRI. Methods 52 cases with increasing sacrolumbar angle were found by measurement, analysing main element of increasing sacrolumbar angle with literatures. Results The main reason of the tethered spinal cord with increasing sacrolumbar angle is abnormal biomechanics of sacrolumbar veterbral by action of the tethered spinal cord, defermity in sacrolumbar vertebral and subcutaneous liposis in sacrolumbar parts directly and indirectly. Conclusion The tethered spinal cord can show increasing sacrolumbar angle on MRI and the later has important dignotic value then X ray film with clinic manifestation of the tethered spinal cord.
