渗透烧烤工艺对GI-Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷颜色的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 旨在研究不同的玻璃渗透烧烤工艺条件下 ,渗透陶瓷样本颜色参数的变化规律 ,以考察材料颜色的稳定性和可重复性。方法 制作直径为 12 .5mm ,厚度为 0 .5mm的盘片状GI Ⅱ及VitaIn CeramAlumina氧化铝试件 ,分别选用IG2和A2 色玻璃料进行渗透。按渗透时间不同分为 0 .5 ,1.0 ,2 .0 ,4.0和 6 .0hrs组 ,渗透温度为 110 0℃ ;按渗透温度不同分为 10 80℃ ,110 0℃ ,112 0℃组 ,渗透时间 2 .0hrs。用TC PⅡG全自动测色色差仪 (D6 5光源 ,0 0 /d ,10 0 视场 ,波长范围 380~ 780nm)测量样本的颜色参数(CIE1976L a b 颜色系统 ) ,计算样品的色相值 (hab)、色饱和度值 (C ab)和色差值 (ΔE)。结果 随渗透时间的增加 ,样本的明度值降低 ,饱和度值增加 ,色相变化不明显。在本实验所选定的渗透时间范围内 ,渗透时间所引起的颜色变化超出了临床可接受的范围 (ΔE >3) ;随渗透温度的提高 ,两种样品的明度值降低 ,色相变化虽不明显 ,但有红色方向偏移的趋势 ,Vita材料的彩度值增加 ,GI样本则无明显变化。所选温度范围所引起的颜色变化程度处于临床可接受的范围 (ΔE <3)。结论 GI Ⅱ型渗透陶瓷及VitaIn CeramAlumina底层材料的颜色受不同渗透工艺的影响 。 Objective Color stability of the copings or substructures under rational firing procedures is of vital importance for the final esthetic guality of the all ceramic restorations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the color stability of GI Ⅱglass/alumina composite under different glass infiltration firing procedures. Methods Plate shaped aluminum oxide specimens 12.5mm in diameter and 0.5mm in thickness were fabricated from both GI Ⅱand Vita In Ceram Alumina materials. The alumina matrices were infiltrated with IG2 and A2 tinted glass respectively. Five different infiltration time durations: 0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,6.0 hrs and three temperatures: 1080,1100,1120℃ were selected for investigation. Color coordinates (CIE1976L*a*b*) and ΔE were obtained with a color and color difference meter with standard D65 light source, 0 degree/diffuse illuminating and viewing type geometry relative to 10 degree visual field under dark background, spectral range of 380 780nm. Results As the lightness decreased, the chrome increased and the hue remained relatively stable as the infiltration time increased for both GI Ⅱand Vita In Ceram Alumina materials. Under an elevated infiltration temperature. The lightness of both materials decreased and hue changed toward redness though statistically non significant ( P >0.05). The chrome of Vita specimens increased while that of GI Ⅱremained unchanged. The magnitude of color changed exceeded the clinically acceptable threshold for color differences (ΔE>3) in the time range employed in this study, while the changes caused by different infiltration temperatures fell into the threshold (ΔE<3).Conclusion The infiltration arts affect the color of GI Ⅱglass/alumina composite, certain infiltration procedures should be followed to guarantee precise reproduction of expected shades.
