白念珠菌的毒力研究—分泌性酸性蛋白酶活力的测定

Study of the Correlation Between the Virulence of C.albicans and the Activity of Secretory Acid Proteinase

目的 研究白念珠菌的毒力与分泌性酸性蛋白酶活力间的关系。方法 将分离自血液、鹅口疮、念珠菌性阴道炎及健康带菌者的白念珠菌接种于牛血清白蛋白培养基 (BSA)上 ,经氨基黑染色后 ,测量蛋白分解区。结果 来源于患者的白念珠菌分泌性酸性蛋白酶活力明显高于健康带菌者。结论 白念珠菌的毒力与其分泌性酸性蛋白酶活力呈正相关 。

Objective To study the correlation between the virulence of C.albicans and the activity of secretory acid proteinase.Methods C.albicans isolates from blood?thrush?candidal vaginitis and carriers were cultured on bovine serum albumin(BSA) medium,proteinase production in BSA medium was assayed after staining with amino black.Results The activity of secretory acid proteinase of patients was significantly higher than that of the carriers'.Conclusion There are positive relation between the virulence of C.albicans and the activity of secretory acid proteinase. The method may be used to identify the pathogenic strains and nomal host parasite.
