特比萘芬治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎56例临床观察

The Clinical Observation for Terbinafine to Cure 56 Cases of the Candidal Vaginits

目的 观察特比萘芬治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 选择门诊复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (口服特比萘芬 )和对照组 (口服酮康唑 ) ,各 5 6例。治疗后 2周、8周、12周 ,随访观察疗效。结果 治疗组与对照组治疗效果比较 ,差异无显著性 ( χ2 =0 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,但不良反应明显较对照组轻。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of terbinafine in treating the candidal vaginits.Methods 112 Candidal vaginits out patients were selected and divided into two groups (the observed group and the control)randomly and impartially.Terbinafine was given orally to each patient of the observed group,while ketocanazole was given to the control group.The therapeutical effects were observed at the 2nd,8th,12th week respectively.Results No difference of therapeutical effects was found between the two groups(χ 2=0, P >0.05),but by contrast,the side effects in the observed group were significantly less than that in the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion Taking terbinafine orally has good effects in treating the candidal vaginits.
