摘要
系统介绍了新加坡的卫生保健系统、医院管理体制，重点强调了个人在卫生保健服务过程中的责任及政府对医院的组织、管理和控制，并从中总结经验，提供借鉴。
The health care system and hospital administration system in Singapore were introduced in the paper, in which the individual's duty on health services and government's duty on hospital management were emphasized. Finally, the authors summarized some experiences for reference.
