对肾主纳气与肾不纳气理论是非的再思考

关于肾主纳气与肾不纳气理论科学性问题 ,《内经》阐明了肺肾的特殊联系 ,《难经》提供了引证依据 ,宋以后医家正式提出并广泛运用。若清除这一理论 ,既可引出新的逻辑错误 ,也否定了临床经验事实。但对传统认识中将肾主纳气泛化为肾主吸气 ,将肾主纳气混淆为肾纳元气 ,将肾不纳气误认为呼气易、吸气难等错误 ,都必须重新认识。
