《温病条辨》与《临证指南医案》方证源流探讨

Research on the Source of Recipes and Symptoms of “Analysis of Heat Diseases” and “Clinic Guidline of Medical Records”

吴鞠通对叶天士治疗温病的理法方药推崇备至 ,在所著《温病条辨》一书中 ,大量录用《临证指南医案》中治疗温病的医案 ,其中涉及的条文 97条 ,方剂 10 1个 ,吴氏将这些医案分门别类 ,再参以三焦理论 ,创建和发展了温病三焦辩证学说。深入研究《温病条辨》与《临证指南医案》的关系 ,对于继承和发展传统中医学大有裨益。本文后附有《温病条辨》有关方证和《临证指南医案》中相关医案对照表 ,为同道进一步研究提供极大方便。

Wu Juntong extremely appreciated the theory,methods,recipes and drugs used by Ye Tianshi to treat heat diseases. In his book,“Analysis of Heat Diseases”,he adopted lots of medical records on the treatment of heat diseases in “Clinic Guidline of Medical Records”,among which there are 97 items and 101 recipes. From the theory of Sanjiao differenciation of symptoms,Wu categorised the medical records and created and developed the theory of Sanjiao differenciation of symptoms of heat diseases. Further research on the relationship of “Analysis of Heat Diseases” and “Clinic Guidline of Medical Records” is quite beneficial to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine. Attached to the eaasy is the table of pairs of recipes and symptoms in “Analysis of Heat Diseases” against the relative medical records in “Clinic Guidline of Medical Records”,which will further facilitate similar researches.
