固真方对UMR106成骨样细胞蛋白激酶活性的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb Vitality Reinforcing Formula on Protein Kinase Activity in Rat Osteoblast like UMR 106 Cells

探讨中药固真方对细胞信号转导体系中蛋白激酶活性的影响。结果 :表明经固真方处理的大鼠UMR10 6成骨样细胞的蛋白激酶A、蛋白激酶C以及酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性均有增高 ,分别为对照组的137 5 %、362 4 %及 2 0 2 6% (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。提示 :固真方可活跃和增进细胞的信号转导 ,这可能是其促细胞增殖的一种机制。

Objective:To study the effect of Chinese herb Vitality Reinforcing Formula on protein kinase activity of cellular signaling transduction system.Methods:UMR 106 cells were cultured in MEM,divided into VRF group and control group.After culture,protein kinse samples were prepared,assayed for protein kinase A,protein kinase C and Tyrosine phosphokinase.Results:VRF treatment can increase PKA、PKC and TPK activity of 137 5%、362 4% and 202 6% respectively in UMR 106 cells.Conclusion:It was suggested that VRF does play important roles in activating cellular signaling transduction in UMR 106 cells.
