摘要
目的 :探讨抵当汤改良方对家兔实验性PTCA术后再狭窄的防治作用机理。方法 :运用血管内皮拉伤后再喂饲高脂饲料的方法 ,造家兔实验性PTCA术后再狭窄模型 ,观察抵当汤改良方对其相关指标的影响。结果 :抵当汤改良方能有效降低血清TC等含量 ,提高血SOD活性及NO水平 ,降低血MDA含量及ET浓度 ,降低主动脉病变血管处平滑肌细胞PCNA的表达。结论 :抵当汤改良方抗PTCA术后再狭窄具有较充足的实验依据。
Objective:To explore into the mechanism of prevention and treatment of improving prescription of Didang tang(IPDT)on Restenosis after experimental PTCA operation of rabbits. Methods:Employing the method of feeding high lipid forage after endothelium pulling to establish the model of Restenosis after experimental PTCA operation of rabbits, we observed the effects of IPDT on its relative indexes. Results:IPTD can effectively adjust the content of Toatal Cholesterol(TC) in blood, increase the activity of Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and level of Nitrous oxide (NO) in blood, reduce the content of Malondialdehyde(MDA) and concentration of Endothelins(ET) in blood and expression of Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) of vessel smooth muscle cell (VSMC)at ill aorta. Conclusion:IPDT against Restenosis after PTCA operation. has enough experimental base.
