摘要
目的 :观察电针对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)血压及血清一氧化氮 (NO)含量的影响 ,探讨电针降压的可能机制。方法 :电针组电针双侧“足三里” ,束缚性应激组仅做捆绑处理 ,SHR对照组、SD对照组做空白对照 ,测量 2个疗程后颈动脉插管的平均动脉压及血清一氧化氮含量的变化。结果 :1 2个疗程后 ,电针组血压 15 9 67± 17 0 5mmHg ,束缚性应激组 195 83± 19 0 8mmHg ,SHR对照组 188 33± 2 4 63mmHg ,SD对照组12 7 5± 7 15mmHg ,电针组血压较SHR对照组血压显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但仍高于SD对照组大鼠的血压 (P< 0 0 0 1) ;2 电针 2个疗程后 ,电针组血清NO含量 39 6± 11 6μmol L ,明显高于SHR对照组的 2 4 68±2 82 μmol L(P <0 0 5 ) ,与SD对照组的 4 0 18± 11 2 2 μmol L无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :电针可降低SHR血压及调整外周NO含量。通过调整血清一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,从而使外周血管阻力下降。降低血压 ,可能是电针降压的重要机制之一。
Objective: To observe te effect of electroacupuncture on blood pressure (BP), and concentration of serum nitric oxide (NO) of spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR).Method:Select 18 SHRs, divide them into electroacupuncture group, tied up group and SHR control group. Use 6 SD rats as SD control group. Electroacupuncture the “Zusanli” of two sides of the electroacupuncture group. After two treatment courses, measure the mean artery pressure by common catotid artery cannaulas and concentration of serum NO. Observe their changes. Results: After two treatment courses. 1 The BP of SHR can be reduced. The BPs obtained by common carotid artery cannulas are: 159 67±17 05mmHg,electroacupuncture group;195 83±19 08mmHg,tied up group;188 33±24 63mmHg,SHR control group;127 5± 7 15mmHg, SD control group. The BP of electroacupuncture group has reduced significantly compared with that of blank control group ( P <0 05) but is still higher than that of normal control grooup of SD rats ( P <0 01). 2 The concentration of serum NO of electroacupuncture group is 39 6±11 6μmol/L,is significantly higher than that of SHR control group (24 68±2 82μmol/L)( P <0 05). There is no significant difference between the concentration of serum NO of electroacupuncture group and that of SD control group (48 18±11 22μmol/L)( P >0 05).Conclusions:Electroacupuncture can reduce the BP of SHR and adjust concentration of peripheral NO. That electroacupuncture can adjust the concentration of serum NO to reduce periphral vascular resistance is probably one of the important mechanisms of electroacupuncture to reduce BP.
