自动配煤技术的应用与完善

Application and perfection of automatic coal-blending technology

本文介绍了自动配煤技术的工作原理及在生产应用中所表现出的二个特点 ,(1)具有实时调节能力 ;(2 )配煤准确度高 ,焦炭转鼓稳定。同时阐述了日常生产中保证配煤准确性应首先做好的各项基础性工作。另外 ,针对我厂自动配煤系统在生产实践中所暴露出的一些制约配煤准确度进一步提高的问题 ,制定并采取了一系列措施加以改进与完善 ,取得较好的效果。最后 ,对改进前后的有关实物质量的指标做了相应的对比 。

The paper introduced the working principle of auto coal-blending technology and its characters in production (real-time setting and accuracy of coal-blending high). It was also pointed that some basic work should be prepaired well to ensure accuracy. In addition, in view of problems existed in production, measures were be taken to improve and good effect was got. At last, according to the comparison of the index before and after improvement, two existing problems should be settled.
