摘要 本文介绍用可编程序控制器 (PLC)控制皮带系统使其实现自动化控制 ,同时用自己编程的梯形图程序实现了皮带运转时间的记录 ,对上、下通廊、斗槽皮带卸料小车和堆取料机实现了工作位置、工作时间的显示和记录 ,使煤种质量管理达到了计算机自动监控 ,杜绝了质量事故的发生。在旧皮带系统改造过程中 ,吸取了新系统设计的优点 ,并增加了皮带手动联锁 。 PLC is adopted for automatic control and ladder diagram programme is used for belt operating record.Control of coal quality can reach auto supervision with computer based on the record of operation station and time.It can reduce quality accidents at the same time.The advantage of new system and manual interlock are used in old system revamp,which made the auto control of belt system perfect.
