摘要
本文立足于使企业更加适应市场竞争的需求 ,实现原来只生产单一产品的生产模式向多品种多批量生产模式的转换 ,解决了连铸生产过程中计算机控制的切割长度优化问题 ,可以提高连铸收得率 ,减少废钢量 ,具有可观的经济效益。本研究虽然建立在四机四流方坯连铸机生产过程中 ,但它同样适用于圆坯生产 ,而且可以很方便地推广到其它多机多流连铸机上使用 ,有很好的适应性可扩展性 。
The paper is based on the needs of the market competition to enterprise properly,reailze mode transform from unit product to multification batches and breeds. To resolve the question of cut length optimization can increase the yield and decrease the amount of useless steel,and achieve better economic results. Though the research is founded on the process of bloom continuous caster with four machines and four strands,it can be used for round caster,and can be extend to other caster with more machines and more strands. It has value reference to improve for other enterprise.
