粉碎气流干燥机在钛精矿上的应用及给矿装置的改进 被引量:2

摘要 描述了粉碎气流干燥机的工作原理 ,对粉碎气流干燥机在干燥钛精矿中出现的问题进行了分析 ,并提出了改进措施 .用此设备干燥后的微细钛精矿 ,其水分由 15 %降到0 .5 % ,钛精矿性质不变 ,干燥成本为 38元 / t矿 .是微细粒级钛精矿理想的干燥设备 . In this paper, the working principle of a pneumatic mill drier was described and the problems existing in the application of the pnematic mill drier in treating titanium concentrate were analysed, resulting in the relevant improving steps. After being treated by the improved drier, the water content of the fine\|grained titanium concentrate was decreased from 15% to 0\^5% with unchanged nature of the concentrate, at the treatment cost of 38 yuan RMB/t. The improved drier is ideal drying equipment for treating fine\|grained titanium concentrate.
