BHF- 2 5 0不锈钢环缝焊接机床是为焊接环形不锈钢薄板而设计的 .该机床采用弹性自动定心夹具 ,保证了上、下两半工件自动对中 ,直径一致 ;采用铜制的夹具 ,解决了焊接封闭环缝的热变形问题 ,提高了产品的合格率和生产效率 ;采用可更换的弹性夹具 ,可以焊接各种直径的工件 ;

BHF\|250 stainless steel girth welding machine was designed for welding circular stainless steel sheets. The machine adopted a set of elastic self\|centring fixture to ensure the upper and the lower half workpieces to be aligned automatically and to have the same diameter; the fixture was made of a copper material in order to overcome the hot deformation of sealed girth by welding, improving the ratio of acceptable products and production efficiency; the fixture was interchangeable to provide possibilities of welding workpieces with various diameters. A stepless varibale motor was used to obtain the required welding speed.
