Finite Element Analysis on Thermal-stress in Different Expansion Gap in BOF lining

根据实际转炉建立几何模型。以有限元为手段 ,分析了转炉耐火材料在砌筑时设置不同的膨胀间隙对炉体热应力的影响。以便为转炉砌炉时提供依据。

Based upon actual BOF , the geometric model is set up .Under the different expansion gap ,the thermal-stress in shell of BOF is analyzed with finite element method ,which can provide reference for installation of bricks.
