摘要
提出的齿轮副无侧隙研合方法 ,通过减少或消除齿轮副侧隙来增加研磨剂对齿面的作用强度 ,实现轮齿的快速共轭研合。与力矩加载研合方法相比 ,它无需设置负载装置、易于实施 ,而且不仅可提高齿轮副的接触精度 ,还能消除齿距误差 ,故该方法尤适用于少侧隙、高精度齿轮箱的制造和大型齿轮箱的制造。
The no side breakage lapping method for gear pair mentioned in the paper, by way of decreasing or removing the side breakage of the gear pairs, increases the strength of lapping paste to the tooth surface, makes the gear teeth abraded meshing fast. Compared with force torque loading lapping method, no side breakage lapping method(NSBLM) not only needs no load devices can be used easier, but also improves the contact precision of gear pair and removing tooth distance error. So this method is especially suitable for smaller side-breakage high precision gearbox or large gearboxes.
