摘要
研究了碳含量对 GH6 48合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,在 GH6 48合金中 ,碳的主要存在形式为 M2 3 C6和 MC。随着碳含量的增加 ,α- Cr析出物减少 ,一次碳化物数量增加 ,基体晶粒得到细化。当碳含量为 0 .0 3%~ 0 .0 6 %时 ,该合金具有良好的综合性能。
The effect of carbon content on microstructure and properties of GH648 alloy was studied. The exprimental results showed that when carbon content increases, the α Cr precipitate decreases, the primary carbide increases, and the structure is refined. The alloy is characterized with good combination of properties when corbon content ranges from 0.03 % to 0.06 %.
