摘要
大气条件下 ,在灰铸铁液和钢液中分别吹入 O2 、CO2 气体并加脱氮剂以确定脱氮能力和测定表观脱氮速率常数。结果表明 ,在一定范围内吹气和加脱氮剂都能有效脱氮。在 140 0℃灰铸铁液中吹 CO2 ,测得表观脱氮速率常数为 0 .0 95 s- 1· % - 1。此外 ,还对脱氮限制性环节及各种影响因素进行了讨论。
Under condition of atmosphere, the denitrogenation velocities in molten cast iron and sreel were determined by blowing gas and adding denitrogenation agents. Blowing gas and adding denitrogenation agent can decrease effectively the nitrogen content in molten. For 1 400 ℃ and blowing CO 2 in molten cast iron, the velocity coefficient of denitrogenation is 0.095 s -1 ·% -1 . The key step of denitrogenation and all influence factors also been discussed.
